Roger Lyons

Video and Film, Writer, Director, Producer

Roger is a graduate of the Newhouse School of Communication at Syracuse University. He is a four term President and five term National Trustee of the New England Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (N.A.T.A.S.). In addition to running his own production company, Roger has worked as an Executive Producer at the CBS owned and operated Television station in Boston, WBZ-TV and was also the Director of Advertising and On-Air Promotion for the prestigious Public Television Station, WGBH. He also has worked on numerous production teams for national programs such as “Frontline”, “Zoom” and “Hallmark Hall of Fame”. Roger is a talented producer and writer, and through his years of real world experience, he has developed a keen understanding of collaboration principles and creative team building.

Dan Masca

Managing Director REEA

Dan has built and invested in start-up companies in both Europe and the United States. REEA is an award-winning software development and visual/new media company based in Romania that provides web related software and design services. Dan leads a large team of designers, programmers, software and technical specialists who are fluent in a variety programming languages. His team includes a visual department proficient in 2d/3d animation and illustration, copywriting and state of the art photo and video editing. Dan’s technical expertise, his access to robust design and technical resources and his experience nurturing start-up companies continues to provide CMI with invaluable support and advice.

Kimball Packard

Artist Management/Branded Entertainment

Kimball is a seasoned entertainment entrepreneur with seventeen years of experience in the music industry, including concert promotion, label and artist management, and special events planning. He was honored as Manager of the Year at the 2007 and 2008 at the New Orleans Music Awards. His diverse background includes running two independent record labels, Rising Records and Say See Bone Records. He has produced numerous successful music events throughout New England and New Orleans. Between 1981 and 1985 he owned the Eagle Mountain House in Jackson New Hampshire, a 110 room Inn that known as a haven for creative artists seeking refuge from the big city. Kim has also owned and operated an independent artist management company for 14 years, working with a diverse roster of established, independent and emerging musicians and bands from around the U.S. and U.K.


Kimball was a founding board member of the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Jubilee, a former President of the Jackson Resort Association, and a member of the Boston Sports Awards committee for 3 years. He is a member of NARAS (the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences), and the Boston Managers Group. Kim’s skill at building long term industry relationships along with his expertise in artist management and event production is great asset to CMI’s Branded Entertainment initiatives.

John Trickett

Senior, CFP, CRPC Financial Advisor Merrill Lynch

John began his career in world of advertising and marketing working both on the agency and broadcast side of the business he is now a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch and holds the CFP(R) certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. In addition, John is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC(R), and holds Series 7, 66, and 31 certification. He is a member of Merrill Lynch's Families of Children with Disabilities Program and currently works with a team of wealth management specialists at Merrill, with a focus on working with high net worth individuals and businesses in the area of corporate retirement plans. John’s unique dual insight into world of advertising and finance is an invaluable asset to CMI.
